McIvor Construction Management has proudly partnered with AIPL for over 8 years, delivering consistently high-performing residential projects across Toronto. At 1 & 3 Heydon Park Road, we managed the construction of new, ground-up townhomes on a former parking lot, turning underused space into high-value residential assets.

Each townhome is approximately 2,800 square feet and was built to meet modern urban living standards, with a focus on long-term durability and clean architectural detail. Our team’s strategic approach ensured the project stayed tightly on track — and delivered with the quality AIPL has come to expect.

Built from the Ground Up with Engineered Shoring

Prior to excavation, engineered shoring systems were installed to protect surrounding structures and enable safe, efficient digging. From there, we installed new footings, poured foundation walls, and framed the buildings from the ground up using modern materials and building practices.

Every element was executed with durability and design intent in mind — creating homes that are both functional and visually appealing.
